what is the motivation for everyone to sue everybody else for all of their mistakes, is it cause they can't handle their responsibilities, so it's always someone elses fault? Is it because sometimes they KNOW they can win so they sue just for the money?
Man, i wouldn't feel american if i didn't sue at least three people during my lifetime.....
 
Everyone wants money for nothing.
So they sue for outrageous ammounts of money over anything, hoping for a phat out of court settlement
 
I just became an ACLU card carrying member! And I could sue all you guys for harrasing me. Yea.. you don't mean it, but it comes out that way. I'm sure the ACLU would lend me a lawyer or two!

because in america we protect the stupid and give them better 'privledges', one of them being able to sue another for something they themselves did wrong.

Too many bleeding hearts out there and it makes it easy to pull their heart-strings. Gets me out of and into a lot of things though by playing those cards when I can.
