Not even sure if this is the right place, and I have read the rules I am just wondering why so strict.
For example you cant post coupon codes but can link to places that show them? Why is that??
You can't post I wanna stuff except on one specific thread so it will never get read, and almost impossible to find any response to it. I understand we don't want to get spamed by request so why not open another forum? Or at least don't be so harsh.
And why do so many people act like jerks when a post is supposedly a repost of an item that was difficult to see in the first place?
The biggest question is the why on no codes....
---
Why on no codes? Because when we allowed them, people were abusing them and committing criminal fraud. Many coupon codes are intended by the vendors for limited distribution. Our moderators are unpaid volunteers, and our forums are too big to allow us time to verify which codes are legal to share and which are not, let alone chase would be thieves who try to break the vendors' rules, so we banned posting them, entirely.
Sorry if you don't like it. If you enjoy our forums, please abide by our rules. If you want coupons, there are plenty of other sites that post codes. You are free to visit them.
You are right about people acting like jerks when a newcomer makes a mistake. We don't like it, either, and we try to monitor it. That is another reason we don't have time to chase coupon criminals.
