Why such discrepency?

For me, using the MSI tools for monitoring my temps on a 1.1Ghz Tbird at native speeds.

FOP38/delta 34C idle and 38 full load
PAL6035/delta 33C idle and 37 full load.

This is in contrast to sites that show the PAL to fare far worse that the FOP HS.

The site also demonstrated the Taisol HS that came with the Athlon doing better with the delta than the PAL...so should I go for it or is there a variable I am not looking at. Temp cases are about the same around 22C.
 
Dpeends on the revision heatsink. Some people, like at hardocp, are still using 1 year old pal6035s. hte new ones have a vastly improved clip which likewise improves performance.
