Regardless of whether it's legal or not, I really don't see the appeal of it. I think killing things solely because you get pleasure from watching them die is a menifestation of some mental problem.

People are the only species that kills solely for fun. Other animals kill for food or protection. Most people only kill for food and protection. Yet, the small minority of people who kill solely for sport defend the practice as if it's totally normal.

so whats the bottom line ? are these elephant slaying potrayed in these snuff films legal or illegal ? all you ever hear about is how its illegal to poach elephants. man peta goes nuts on US circus industry for their elephants but at least they don't shoot them in the freaking head

also the hippo killings, but I read some country started allowing hippo hunting for a very expensive hunting license as the population was getting too large
