I've been considering getting an LCD but haven't mainly because of the price... this is in my price range now, and the specs look decent... so... give me some reasons I shouldn't get my credit card out...

16.2 million colors means it's a 6-bit panel, right? I guess that's why I shouldn't buy it. 🙂

Yep... then again you could always save up for a 19" 8-bit panel.

Don't really want a 19 inch display unless I can find one that's 1600x1200. If I'm going to use 1280x1024 I'd rather have a smaller 17 inch display with higher pixel density.
