That's actually a thing in South America. It's much cheaper than having a hot water system with separate plumbing, just don't touch the shower head and the drain at the same time.

Hahaha, thanks. Just finished putting some caulk under the toilet, looks awful, but I'll fix it up after it dries and make it look pretty with silicone this weekend.
