I remember back in college I was talking to my dad about generational differences. One thing I suggested was that my generation wouldn't have built the suburbs, preferring smaller, urban houses. I was wrong, so wrong. My generation prompty went on to build suburbs on steroids with McMansions, gated communities, and HOAs.

Millenials, and to a lesser degree gen y'ers, are putting money where their mouth is and are actually moving into dense urban areas. We'll see if it lasts long term. I'm in my early 30's. I see it mostly with the younger generation.

Well for starters the younger the generation the worse they speak. A couple of more generations and we will further devolve into communicating with grunts and gestures.

This has probably been repeated every generation since we left Middle English behind LOL.
