I guess ill shutup now...

Why arent these ever discussed vs Sli and things like that? Just not a popular solution or what?

Custom designs like this are for bragging rights by the company, they don't really make money on them.

The market is too small. The tiny percentage of users willing to pay for dual-GPU cards aren't enough to justify the engineering and manufacturing costs.

SLI makes economic sense because they are just selling 2 of the same cards they make for the rest of the market.

Not to mention that the non standard design of the card means that it does not work too well with stock nvidia drivers and has some compatability problems.
