Why no Win7 drivers for WinTV PCI?

These were solid SD PCI capture cards back in the XP days. Works fine in XP. But there don't appear to be any drivers for Windows 7 for these cards. Does anyone know how to make them work in Win7 (64-bit)?

I had them working in Vista I believe, but 32-bit I think? And there was an issue with them not working if the computer had too much memory (>3GB?). Sucked, I had two of the PVR150 variants if I remember right, one had the FM tuner also.

Moved on to the HDHR. Which will soon be OTA only as all cable gets encrypted. *grumble, grumble*

edit: try looking for info on getting them to work with Vista, that should carry over to 7.
