Why no quad sli for the system builder????

I love to build my own systems. It is totally ridiculous that you cannot build a quad system on your own!!! I know there is power and heat issues but this can be overcome through watercooling and either buying a powerful psu or putting two in series. I need only four things
MB, ram, cpu, and of course vc....those do not cost 6k plus dollars even if you buy 4 7900 's.
Does anybody agree or disagree comments are welcome:)

nv already said that you could, but quad sli will be initially released to the system builder first

it's because they want the system builders to ensure the stability of such config. so we'd be "problem free"

They don't want people buying "600 watt" PSUs from Powmax and then trying to RMA four 7900GTs after they fry a few weeks (seconds?) later. Maybe you are responsible enough not to do something like this, but then remember the kid who cut his 7800GTX to make it fit in a PCI slot.

lol understand the RMA problem that could get real expensive for all of us....the consumer. Maybe BFG has something up their sleeve with their big March announcement......who knows:)
