Why no Burnout racing games for PC?

I remember back in 2002 I think it was when I got Burnout for the GC, and I just absolutely loved it. While the computers were easy, playing against other people was really fun. Same with Burnout 2. That one had a more arcade feel to it, but it was still really, really fun to play. My little brother has Burnout Revenge on the 360, and I've played it a few times with him, and again, I had a lot of fun.

Then I try playing NFS on the PC, and it just seems to totally suck compared to the Burnout series. I mean really, it might just be me and my opinion, but Burnout seems to be an entire level above NFS when it comes to the fun factor.

So today I saw an ad about a new Burnout coming out called Paradise City. To my disappointment, there was no PC version - only PS3 and 360. Why is it there is not PC version of this racing series? I would really love to have it.

I had Revenge when I had my PS2 and I thought it was pretty fun. Ramming all the opponents was great. Never could get it to play online though.

The NFS games are a different type of racing game imo.

Even though it's an EA game, I'd like to see it on PC as well.
