Why no 4th gen CPU's on current Mini

With 8GB ram being the cap on my late 2009 model, I beleive it is time for an upgrade, I have read the newest model unofficially supports 32GB. However in looking on their website they are still on the 3rd gen CPUs. What gives?
 
Of all their desktops, which is the biggest seller?

It blows my mind they would not update it like they do the rest of their line.
