Why NFS Prostreet I stuttering lag on my e2180?

it has 50+ fps but it is laggy, even if I lower my graphic setting to the lowest and the res is in 800x600 why?

Make sure you are running RAM in dual channel mode. Goto http://cpuinfo.visualware.com/ and download cpuinfo. Run it and post results here. Your memory should be scoring around 1600. If it is single channel mode it will probably be closer to 1000.

Can you overclock this cpu? It is capable of running much faster than 2.0GHz as long as its not installed in a Dell, HP, etc.
