I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I remember this one time they sent me a case and the front plastic part had a crack so I called them and they jsut sent me the replacement parts for the front of it just like that. They didnt even have me go through the RMA process.

Whoever's in charge of that sales is going to be in trouble.

They're in the business to make money, and every sales counts. No sales can result in them giving the customer money / product for free. Shipping it a whole another issue. They can give you higher shipping because the cost has already been calculated in when they set the pricing. I know because I work for a online store.

so yea, I don't buy it.
