Why my resume looks awful on career site?

It looks good opened in MS Word but looks like crapon careerbuilder. Can anyone give me a general idea on formatting? I tried following the tips on careerbuilder and just couldn't get it right.

Mostly indented problems and some paces that don't exist in MS word shows up on careerbuilder.

Any tips on fixing it?
 
make sure you are using standard fonts, nothing fancy so that they can transfer to the site without any strange spacing or formatting changes.
