Not that it matters too much but your watt reading would've been even lower had you bought a much smaller Seasonic.
true but I like that the fan turns on at around 115-125 watts. this build will never pull that so my 660 is like a fanless supply.

It should take much more than 115 watts to turn on the fan... In my X-650 it takes >300W

you may be correct as I never go to 115 watts I really do not know. when I used it in the 2500k build with the hd6870 gpu It would turn on some of the time.
