Why my dad is AWESOME!

I downloaded Harry Potter 6 (HP & The Half-Blood Prince) two days ago, and my dad was dying to read it, too. So, he asked me to put all the chapters in one word file, and give the file to him. What he would do with it was his little secret, I'd find out, he said. Well, he just came back from work, and guess what? He let some kind of machine produce a real book! Here, take a look. There's no cover, so the first page is the cover, hence the spoiler warning. Here, you can see the book in close up, the letters barely readible. But, here, you can see an extreme close up.

Ain't my dad awesome?

EDIT: The topic title was wrongly spelt, dealt with it.

Why? I put it clearly in the topic title that there would be possible spoiler. Also, the possible spoiler won't be seen unless you click the links.

Uhh... no, the problem is that you pirated the shizz and thought it was awesome that dad made a printed copy of it.

He's talking about the copyrighted book copying, duh

Guys, relax, I was going to buy the book anyway. So, it's not really pirating. The stores were closed at 0:00, where I live. Saturdays and Sunday's, too. Had to go to work today, so I'll prolly pick it up tomorrow, or the day after that. I just have to have it, even if I already read it.

And, yeah, I got it off BitTorrent.

We've had a printer in my house for years and years. It's amazing that you can print words onto paper, huh?

I, for one, predict desktop publishing to be the next big thing for the computer industry.

Pirate scum...

Dude, how is it wrong if I was already planning on buying the book anyway? It's perfectly legal (at least, in this country) to download pirated DVD-rips if you already have the DVD yourself.

well its not legal in the US which governs the copyright laws on this property as well as DVDs ..
your a pirate and your scum... people like you are destroying the industry and ruining things for regular consumers.

I laugh full out at all the hypocrites in here. Here you are trying to flame him for downloading a book, whilst you're probably listening to all your music that's downloaded off Limewire or AreS, right?

I too downloaded the book, but only so I could start reading it because I hadn't been able to get to a store to buy it. And yes, I bought it, yesterday morning.

Calm down guys, it's not a big deal.

Meh, it's okay. Your laws are different than mine, and mine state that if I buy the book before a week after the download date (aka, before next saturday evening), everything is perfectly legal and okay 🙂.

I finished the book just now, by the way. I loved it, but the ending made me sad. 🙁
