Just the same thing with more buildup, and it has the guy is crouched behind his motorcycle to catch her in the act. Finally she gets dropped off in a BMW with some young guy at the wheel, and as she starts walking up the driveway she's buttoning her shirt. Just as finishes and he's about to jump out and confront her, he notices oil leaking from the oil pump.
