IAs for the pot smell....they do not give a crap. You walk in...it's pretty obvious someone is smoking it up, but I guess the aroma of is it not enough to get a cop to do anything.
Well it would be a waste of their time and public resources as the DA isn't going to follow through with any type of prosecution (unlike busting drug dealers)

rofl... that sucks dude

lmao @ "harsh their mellow" bahahhaha

sounds like these people and the "cab driver" are tight. they no doubt blaze together, regularly. it's all just a big network of stoners.

and don't say "DO NOT WANT" many more times re: pics of the blonde headgiving stonebag... you will make her sound so nasty as to warrant pics. it works both ways, man!

Ya we need pics OP, look at "i got married last weekend" thats a massive do not want!! But everyone still wanted to see it 😛

I don't care if somebody is smoking pot, but its effecting me like that I would have no problem telling my landlord and having them kickd out.

this, and i like to toke now and again. but being rude and inconsiderate is being rude and inconsiderate, and if its a *constant* amount of noise, id be complaining.

Unfortunately those whom he'd be complaining about own the place, at least that's what I gather from his posts. Sounds like a bad situation where the only solution is to move.

they're pretty dumb for behaving the way they do in a multi-tenant building... sounds like they need an acre out in the sticks somewhere so they can go as crazy as they want... unfortunately the lifestyle doesn't lend itself to extravagance... how many units in this building altogether? what do to the other tenants say?

2. It's a house converted into 2 condos.

in many states now, pot is legal with prescription. the federal laws havent changed yet, so for now if you are in one of those states it would be best to call the DEA. be prepared to have the feds checking you out just as much as the guy you want them to go after...

is there a patio or backyard for them to smoke in? if they are just blazing indoors and stinking up the place, that's bush league... they should go outside. it's one thing to stink up your own house... but you definitely shouldn't have to smell the pot. sucks dude. go to the cab driver again... or complain to them again... and then call the cops on them next time it happens.

Last time I checked pot is still illegal. Call the cops, problem solved.....well it may take several times of the police coming for a visit. I have called the cops on the drug dealer kid next door several times....he now resides in a correctional facility and the neighborhood is nice and quiet once again.

A lot of cops turn a blind eye with regards to pot. Hell - my next door neighbor is a washington county sheriff and they [his family, teenage kids] smoke pot all the time...
