Why isn't there Victoria's Secret store in Canada?

A friend of mine is going to Buffalo to get some VS stuff..... I was surprised when she told me that apparently there is no VS retail stores in Canada.....
Does any one know why? Or there are VS stores in Canada.. she just didn't know....?

On a side note, on a backpacking trip to Canada this past summer, I saw a buttload of hot ass women. Pretty freaking pasty for a FL guy like me. NEver the less, HAWT!
