Why isn't my subscriber account working?

I tried to login to my subscriber account today, but it said that either my password was invalid or I wasn't a subscriber. I tried a few times, so I know that my password was correct, and I paid for six months of subscription a few days ago. Why can't I login to the subscriber network? Thanks.
 


edit: My subscriber account doesn't work now...I accidentally logged out of the subscriber network, and now it doesn't work. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Yes, I sent an email yesterday at about 6:45 pst. still no reply.

edit: I sent annother email today because I hadn't gotten a reply. Hopefully I'll get a reply soon.
