Why isn't Eddie Murphy's "Delirious" on DVD?

Why is RAW available then?

He didn't have the rights to "RAW". I remember reading about it on dvd.ign.com. I think he ended up buying the rights to Delirious so that he could sit on it and release it if he ever feels like it. That most likely will not happen for many years as now he only does kids films.
