Why is XP install seeing/formatting only 132GB of my 320GB?

If you are using a pre-SP1 XP disc it can only do 132GB.

EDIT: There are ways to get around this. Google something like "XP 132GB limit" and I'm sure some pages will show up that will help you get around this.

Ah. Thanks. Can I add the rest later after I do the SP2 install? I only have my same old disk I've used on each of my computer rebuilds.
