Why is windows detecting my pc as having 2 CPUs??

When i go into device manager and click on cpu, it shows 2 pentum 4 3.0ghz cpus. Anybody know why this is? Thanks in advance.

The P4 is hyperthreaded. Windows sees this as two seperate processors and is completely normal and to be expected.
