Why is "When the World ends" on the new Dave Matthews cd shortened at the end?

I bought it a few days ago and notice this track seemed to end very abruptly like in was in the middle of saying something! Is there an expaination for this like something in the studio srewed up or was it made like this on purpose?

It sounds like a shortened MP3!!

I think it's kind of a joke, like the world ends right when they're in the middle of the song. I saw them a couple of weeks ago, and it was cut off like that when they played it live. Good song though!
