Why is this smilie named :colbert:?

It's a sarcastic (or at least I use it mostly when joking... don't know if people use it when they are seriously skeptical) crossed arms smilie/emoji. It's named after Stephen Colbert because he did that pose in (satirical) character and was the height of popularity probably when this version of vB came out or when the smilie set was first added.

The smilie is used for statements that aren't necessarily true but have a sense of truthiness about them. :colbert:
