Why is this motherboard so expensive?

I'm watching a bunch of these motherboards on ebay and they are going for like $100! These are the D845EPI & D845GVSR boards.
They are just 478 boards so why are they so expensive?
I must be missing something here.

I'm reasonably sure Intel isn't making any more 845 boards and hasn't for a few years.
