Why is this CTS Vsport Premium priced so low?

Yea I know (hence my thread title)...other comps on autotrader are like mid $50s. Granted this has 18k miles in 1 year. Look at the carfax...it was sold as first from dealership with 4k miles. What could that mean?

the vsport is some of the v bits with the v6 engine.

the v has the 6.2l v8.

the vsport lists for ~ 70k I am sure you can buy them for less at the dealer new. Seems like an ok deal, but not the deal of the century.

I pretty regularly see them floating around that price in my area, even saw a white low mileage one for $46,500 last year. Not sure why that one is out of line with what you'd expect but it is a lot of miles for year one. Probably a dealer show car.

You're probably looking at Vsport, not Vsport Premium. Damn cadillac and their new naming convention!

That means 4000 miles of abusive test drives. Stay away.

4k at dealer = loaner, demo, or possibly a car the manager used. The former two are probably more likely. I'm always wary of cars that get sold that quickly though. 1year. Why would someone sell it that quickly unless it was a lemon? Plus a possible abusive history. I'd pass.

It was a demo unit used by the staff more than likely . Salesman,manager whatever.
Unless it has a salvage title I would go look at it if that is what you want .
