How about removing post count in the Off Topics forum?

With no post+ ability there, it would bring a measure of value back to Lifer status, etc.

I think that's a good idea; although IMHO postcount should not be disabled entirely, I do think that making posts in ATOT not count toward one's total postcount would be a very beneficial policy toward reducing useless neffing.

I don't care about how many double, triple ......posts people make in Off Topic, I just wish they would stay out of all the other forums. How often do you see someone post in GH or FS/FT with a stupid or just plain nasty remark like they were in OT. Another thing this is a TECH FORUM how does someone in OT get to be an "Elite Member" when the only technical knowlege they have is, turn on the computer, double click on Internet Explorer and chat at AT/OT????????????????

Some people have been around a long, long time (much longer than me), and knew who were the right people to suck up to in order to get their Elite status. Others actually deserve their status for the help they provide in other forums aside from ATOT (they typically aren't the ones flaming and insulting others all the time, though)

I agree there are alot of people here that are super helpful people and deserve Elite status but to attain that status in OT is just plain ridiculous
