2% milk is tolerable.
1% milk is useful of you have run out of everything else in the house to drink and your water has been shut off so you can't have tap water.
Skim milk, I dunno. Maybe use it to water plants or something but it's certainly not drinkable.

Exactly!:D

compared to the watered-down chalk dust that is skim milk, I'll take my whole, thank you very much:)

It all a mater of adapting. I went from 2%-> 1% -> Skim. Skim is now all I use. Anything stronger taste like cream to me. Why skim? It has less fat in it. Less fat is good. More fat is the reason why most NA are big fat asses.

No, lack of exercise is the reason why everyone here is fat. You see a LOT more "low fat", "diet", "reduced calorie" stuff on the shelves in this country than anywhere else, and yet we're the fattest...clearly the problem isn't fat content.

I love fat, it's delicious, and a necessary part of your diet. And since I'm skinny as a rail, I don't even look at nutrition labels (except to confirm that it isn't a nasty-tasting "diet" product...I prefer to enjoy what I eat, otherwise why bother?).

Maybe sheer quantity is part of the problem..people in this country would rather eat pound after pound of mediocre, artificial "diet" stuff than savor the taste of real food in moderation.

IT"S a LOT of fat which is why people get fat... 2% milk = 6 strips of bacon. Don't blame people for being fat because they don't exercise.

I would die like that. I used to go through at least 2 gallons a week or more. I drank it like water. My parents were like WTF, but now I'm down to 1 gallon / 7 - 8 days or so because I only use it for cereal.
