Whole milk is nature's most perfect drink.
2% milk is tolerable.
1% milk is useful of you have run out of everything else in the house to drink and your water has been shut off so you can't have tap water.
Skim milk, I dunno. Maybe use it to water plants or something but it's certainly not drinkable.

I would say there is a fair amount of difference between them, since people say there is a difference between full fat and others.Cow's milk contains, on average, [...] 3.6% fat
look on your milk carton... whole milk = 12% fat :Q
Either you misread that, or you are buying "fat-enriched" milk.
I don't think so.Originally posted by: cyclistca
It all a mater of adapting. I went from 2%-> 1% -> Skim. Skim is now all I use. Anything stronger taste like cream to me. Why skim? It has less fat in it. Less fat is good. More fat is the reason why most NA are big fat asses.
