Why is their no blood in BF2?

Don't have the game... no blood=ghey
Mature games doesn't stop kids from buying it

12 year olds were standing in line for halo 2, :p one even traded a few games for it

I think the blood in CS:S was pretty good. Especially when they got hit in the head with a powerful gun (AWP, Deagle, etc) it made a good splatter effect and the ragdoll head "twitching" back made it pretty realistic. But what sucked is that CS:S only had like 3 different splatter patterns.

Exactly, blood really doesn't add much to most games. It's likely EA dropped the blood this time to forgo an M rating; Dynamix/IG had to keep blood out of the Tribes titles to keep the T rating, and I would expect it's similar for EA.

the graphics in bf2 suck for such high system requirements... it definetly needs blood, alot of it. yay, the eplosions got a *little* bit better than bf1942.
