why is the yield to traffic concept so fvcking hard to understand for some people?

Half a foot away from having a real sh!tty night. People turning left can't comprehend that they must yield to both people going straight and people turning right. People suck.

This is multiplied when you are aboard a motorcycle.

If there are two lanes then the person turning left has the right to the lane closest to them and the person turning right must stay in the lane closest to them.

Where is the moment when we need it the most
You kick up the leaves and the magic is lost
They tell me your blue sky's faded to grey
They tell me your passion's gone away
And I don't need no carrying on

You stand in the line just to hit a new low
You're faking a smile with the coffee to go
You tell me your life's been way off line
You're falling to pieces every time
And I don't need no carrying on

Cause you had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
The camera don't lie
You're coming back down and you really don't mind
You had a bad day
You had a bad day

Well you need a blue sky holiday
The point is they laugh at what you say
And I don't need no carrying on

You had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
The camera don't lie
You're coming back down and you really don't mind
You had a bad day
You had a bad day

Sometimes the system goes on the blink and the whole thing it turns out
Wrong
You might not make it back and you know that you could be well oh that
Strong
Well I'm not wrong

So where is the passion when you need it the most
Oh you and I
You kick up the leaves and the magic is lost

Cause you had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
You see what you like
And how does it feel, one more time
You had a bad day
You had a bad day
You had a bad day

Yep, people still don't understand this either.

Dude, I fear for you guys. Don't worry, I am extra careful when I am near a motorcyclist.

People turning left still will go into the very far right hand lane and they get pissed as if you did something wrong.

Sounds like you had a bad day but I agree.

I noticed its a much worse problem in California. (I was unlucky enough to be stationed there for 3 years.)

Those people really do not know the rules for right-of-way. I checked on them. They arent that different from other states. But yet californians are so damn ignorant and arrogant at the same time, they just cant do it right.

Makes me very upset.
But life goes on.

Actually my day was pretty bad ass. It almost went to sh!t though...

Oh, so the day had the potential to be bad, but it wasn't? What saved it from being a "bad day?"

I didn't get into an accident and didn't get into a fight over it. BTW, that song sukcs monkey nuts.

No Du-ude...you don't get it...We Kahleeforneeyans are just too dammed self-important to pay attention to things like that...or stopping at red lights, especially when we want to turn right...or stop signs...anytime...Speed limits? Those are just suggestions aren't they??? 😉 😉 😉

They're very brave out here (SoCal) from what I've seen so far. The don't need to adhere to "lanes", they just make their own, right down the dotted line.

What? you mean bikes have to adhere to lanes? 🙂 thought it was a privelege to weave in and out of traffic cause of their small size.
