Why is the US preventing Al Qaeda from getting reinforcements?

It's a 60 to 70 square mile area. How do you expect to ever block it off?

i think the US is just rooting them outta their sh!tholes so we can pick them off one by one. easier then sending our guys in and possibly getting more troops injured
