Why is the nba better than ncaa?

Yeah. The NBA shot clock of 24 seconds coupled with the 8 second rule really makes the pace of the game a lot quicker.

NCAA has a much closer 3 point line and no illegal defense(not sure??)

The NBA blows. Just listen to the crowd at a regular season NBA borefest compared to a regular season college game. There is absolutely no comparison. College hoops owns.
