Why is the MPAA going after P2P'ers for episode III leak?

I read somewhere 77% of shared movies were leaked on or before the release date...it just makes more sense to go after the insiders than the poor college student 😀

I'm not saying downloading the movies isn't illegal...but go after the dealer, not the user!
