Why is the Motherboard forum so slow?

It seems that everytime I post in there I don't notice any change for at least 20-30 minutes. Are OT and FS/T really that fast as far as user response/interaction or is the mobo section just really slow? Because I know that sometimes the other sections move slow too, but it seems like OT rarely has that problem.
 
Hot deals is completely still, for what seems like close to an hour every night. It happens. We like to sleep.
