why is the date here at anandtech july something

yeah, that's probably it, I just set it to +666 and now I'm on July 12

The date and time are accurate in my display.

If you have somehow been temporarily transported to July 2001, remember to check the stock market and the horse races so that you can make some big moolah once you come back to the usual space/time continuum.
