Why is the ASUS P4PE priced so high?

It's got a log of goodies, but $198 worth of goodies!? :Q

Anyway, I needed a new mobo so I bit the bullet and order one. I should get it on Wed. I hope it's not a repeat of the P4S8X experience I had. :frown:
