Why is that when i procrastinate schoolwork, i end up cleaning?

I do the same thing. Lots of homework always somehow turns my room into the cleanest its ever been.

I do that when my gf harshly bi7ches at me. Apt gets spotless almost twice a week.

finals week, my place tends to be spotless... until i actually bunker down and study.. then i make a mess.. only to be cleaned up right after the final since i want no memory of the wasted time studying etcetcetc..

it's so wierd that other people do that ... 😛

You are not alone, when I was in University, around exam time, I would suddenly develop the urge to wash all my clothes, the bed sheets and anything else I could get my hands on. Only problem was, I did not have an automatic washing machine, it used to take ages, great for procrastination.

I clean too. I think it's because procrastinating doesn't seem so bad if I'm actually doing something useful. I would feel guilty just watching TV or sitting on the computer, but cleaning is ok.
