Why is Star Trek - Voyager so expensive per season?

I usually watch one or two shows on TV. Up until recently, I turned on the TV for CSI and Scrubs. I've been watching Star Trek Voyager after work lately, and it's the first Star Trek that I've really enjoyed. TNG wasn't too bad.

Anyway, why the hell is it so expensive? Every other TV program is $90 or so when they begin, but they go down to $30-40. Yet seasons of Voyager stay at $100+. Google doesn't reveal any insight, so I was hoping for a quick answer from ATOT.

Why don't you use more adjectives and identifying nouns in your posts? That would make ATOT more enjoyable. I had no friggin' idea what you were talking about. No where in your original post do you mention DVDs.

It's YOU that needs to run along! :D

Star Trek - Voyager per season. Okay, if you were confused, it was DVDz of which I was referring to. If indeed you were being an asshat, then TV shows don't sell on vinyl.

Why? He doesn't ever mention DVDs?! He never establishes what he is writing about. His second paragraph immediately uses a pronoun to identify "something". At that point in his post, he hasn't told the reader what "it" is. Since he hasn't stated any new object to be infuriated with in the second paragraph, I then, incorrectly, revert back to the first paragraph and assume he's writing about the TV show. Not having Direct TV or any other satellite dish, I think he's writing about some sort of a-la-carte programming purchase that he's complaining about.

Question is, now that you know, will you keep trolling?

I don't care what the Google returns mention. You didn't write anything about DVD or home video.

Wait a sec. Were you a Marine? If so, then your poor grammatically structured post is excused. :D

If you want a cheap scifi show to watch on DVD, take a look at Stargate SG-1. They sell their season sets for an amazing price, the complete 10 year collection is only $275.:Q
