my theory: Television is a form of advertising and that is how all tv stations make money. In hispanic society, males may have a disproportionate amount of spending power compared to females, therefore it would make sense to create programming that appeals to males. Males are very easy to cater to, we'll watch anything w/ a side of t!ts.
 
i was watchign an episode of oz on HBO for the first time and the closing shot was one of the prisoners getting out of bed and leaning against the glass door naked...i was like WTF man some stuff i rather not see see..especilly a full frontal nude shot of a guy when its not even relevant to the story
