Why is Sarah Palin coming to the iOwa State Fair Friday?

If you listen to her honest web site, it's because state fairs are an important part of American history, and this is a state fair. Nice to have such honest politicians.

I really think the media should boycott her free advertising by covering her until she does something newsworthy, which hasn't happened in years. And I can change the channel.

I think you have a point, Jhhnn, I can see it all now in a pay to see event on WWE wrestling.

The cat fight of the century, who can be the first among Palin or Bachman to ride astride of the Golden butter cow at the Iowa state fair? As two Bikini clad fighters covered in Mazola oil fight in a no holds barred event for the 2012 GOP Potus nomination.

Still the Los Vegas betting odds have to favor Palin, she is younger and bigger, and dare I say, I would even vote for Palin if she can ride into the State fair astride of a T-rex. Grey hound buses are far more mundane and less impressive.

As two hens fight each other for all the straw in Iowa. Dare we hope,we could get Jesse Ventura to referee that fight?
 
Because everyone else is going to be there.

Palin has become a powerbroker in the party so being in Iowa on Saturday makes sense.

Whether you think it is funny or not doesn't stop the fact that it is true.

What is her election record?
In 2010 she was 20 and 11.

And she brings a lot of money and attention with her when she goes some place or supports someone.

You may think she is a joke, but if you are a Republican then having her on yourself certainly helps your chances.


BTW I am very happy with her in the cheerleader role right where she is now.
 
Is Ms Palin set up for even thinking about running for the 2012 POTUS nomination? Does she have an organization in place? When is the go no go date for committing to run in the Republican nomination process?

Back in the old days, there were black horse candidates that were given the nomination in "back room negotiations". But I doubt any modern party membership would tolerate this.
 
This is her job, this is what she does. She runs for president as a living. Its going to be a Battle of the Bus Tours!

I agree, Craig. And the best way to make her go away is to stop watching her on TV and stop talking about her anywhere else. She really does need to go away but she won't if people keep giving her any kind of attention.
