Someone is clueless w/ regard to Manhattan real estate. For instance, there are >5K sqft apts w/ all kinds of ridiculous building amenities. I'd be surprised if his apt was worth less than 10,000,000.

There is one building on Park Ave, where you need to be worth over 100 MILLION in order to gain board approval.
