Why is Netflix telling me I have to register my Xbox 360 with netflix?

When I load NF now I get a message saying I need to register with netflix. Also a telephone number. I click OK and ignore it and everything still works fine with netflix. wth? I registered it sometime ago when I first set this up.
 
Didn't you just get a new 20 GB hard drive? Try deleting all of the files on your hard drive and internal memory that relate to Netflix (there will probably be two). Activate it again (it won't count toward your 4 activations per year, because it's the same system).
