Why is my WinDVD 4/GF4 Ti4200 stretching videos to full screen on TV Out?

[Confused]

As title says, when i try to watch a video on tv out, it will stretch it to fill the screen, which throws the aspect ratio outta the window, and they look really bad

How can i stop that?
