Why Is My Windows Explorer Messed UP?

I have Windows Xp Home.... And my explorer.exe is messed up and i have no taskbar and no desktop and stuff.. I wanna know how to fix it

Well, when my computer starts up nothing starts, the only thing i could do is use task manager.
And explorer.exe is there but uses 99 cpu and just isnt working properly. I need to know how to fix. I'm pretty sure that it is a explorer problem.

Also, how do you open System restore from the task manger. Also, how do you open My computer from task manger.

tried going to safemode? by pressing F8 when the computer boots? you can run system restore from there.

ya im fixed, i opened system restore from run....
