Why is my videocard bus PCI x0?

I was having problems with framerates with hl2 on my geforce 6800, and a friend linked me to a tweak guide over at ign, it told me to go to my nvidia CP to edit stuff, and I found out that it says "bus PCI x0", why is it not AGP 8x?
