Why is my svchost.exe connected to akamaitechnologies?

Why is my svchost.exe connected to *.deploy.akaimaitechnologies.com port 80? Rather suspicious. And why do my lsass.exe and csrss.exe always generate network activity? I'm watching my internet connection icon and the sent/received bytes.. quite a bit of traffic is being generated. I'm wondering what's going on here...

My cousin is on my LAN.. downloading stuff. But my own computer shouldn't register that information, should it? We're both connected to my Linksys router which then goes out to the DSL modem. Maybe somehow my machine is detecting his network traffic.. because there's quite a bit of activity on the bytes received.

if you suspect spyware naughtyness, do a google for "spybot search and destroy"
