Why is my ram clocked @ 2133 Mhz when its DDR4 3200?

Excuse my noobiness please, but I am trying to see if my ram is working properly speed wise.

G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200

Here is my UserBenchmark which is showing that ram is clocked at 2133Mhz. What gives?
